This feature was implemented by Tianxiang, but had to be backed out because of ~~AMATH-1018~~.

Need to re-implement it.

The original issue was ~~AMATH-1000~~.

fixed the issue and tested it in the freshly checked out ActiveMath.

Finish button works as follows now:
1. Exercises which are not open do not have finish button, but they have giveup button.
2. Open Exercises without hints or solutions have only 'finish' button and a confidence slider.
3. Open Exercises with hints and solutions have giveup and finish button. After the learner asked for solution, giveup button dissapears, since there is nothing more to give up. Finish button is still there
even after the solution is presented, so that the learner can click on it after he reads the solution.
